At Blyndsided, we understand that life with cancer is unpredictable enough. Shopping for yourself or someone you love should never be a source of added stress. That is why we stand behind every product with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee — if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will make it right. No complicated process, no hassle.

Eligible refund situations include:

•        You are unsatisfied with your order for any reason

•        Your item arrived defective or damaged

•        You received the wrong item, size, or color

•        Your order was lost or never delivered

 

Getting a refund is simple. Just reach out to us directly:

•        Step 1 — Email us at hello@blyndsided.com within 90 days of receiving your order.

•        Step 2 — Include your order number and a brief note about why you are unsatisfied.

•        Step 3 — Our team will respond within 2-3 business days and process your refund promptly.

That is it. We believe the experience of shopping with Blyndsided should feel as easy as everything else in your life should — but rarely does.

 

Once your refund is approved, please allow the following timeframes:

•        Refund approval notification: within 1-2 business days of your request

•        Refund to original payment method: 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer

•        Gift card or store credit refunds: issued within 1 business day of approval

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If you paid via gift card or store credit, your refund will be returned as store credit.

 

If you would prefer an exchange for a different size or color rather than a refund, we are happy to accommodate that as well, subject to availability. Simply let us know your preference when you reach out and we will take care of the rest.

If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

 

While we are generous with our policy, a small number of situations fall outside our refund guarantee:

•        Requests made after 90 days from the date of delivery

•        Gift cards and store credit

•        Donated amounts designated to The Blyndsided Fund, which are non-refundable by nature

 

Items from our monthly Search History Collection are limited-edition drops available for 30 days only. These items are covered under the same 90-day satisfaction guarantee in the event they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We encourage you to review sizing guides carefully before purchasing limited-edition designs, as these items cannot be reordered once the 30-day window closes.

 

If you received a Blyndsided item as a gift and are not satisfied, please reach out to us at hello@blyndsided.com. Gift recipients are eligible for store credit in the amount of the original purchase price within 90 days of the original delivery date.

If you do not have the original order number, provide as much detail as you can — the name of the purchaser, estimated order date, or item description — and our team will locate the order for you.

 

If your item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, we will resolve it at no cost to you — no questions asked.

•        Your order number

•        A clear photo of the defect, damage, or incorrect item

•        A brief description of the issue

We will issue a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
